March 13, 2022 Luke 13:31-35 Jesus’ Lament over Jerusalem

This week talk about what seems like a strange text, but it could be read as a kind of “extra” passion prediction in the middle of the long journey to Jerusalem in Luke’s Gospel. We also discuss the place of Jerusalem historically and for the Reformers. Finally we talk about how this strange passage can offer us encouragement and hope in our own discipleship.
